Welcome to our Schools website.  My name is Gary Coles and I am the Head Coach at our Schools.  St.Neots is my home town and I have been teaching here since 1997.  Over the years we have expanded to other towns and cities such as Huntingdon, St.Ives, Cambridge, Bedford and Stevenage.

 

If you want easy to learn, real self defence, then our GPC MMA Self Defence classes are for you.  If fat loss and getting in better shape/health is your main goal, then our GPC MMA Pad Fit classes are for you.

 

Our age specific children’s martial art classes are all about unleashing the power within a child, giving them unstoppable confidence and laser like concentration.  If you would like an activity for your child that keeps them fit, teaches them self defence, and helps them with learning valuable life skills, then our classes are for you!

 

Every class is specifically designed to help your child be the best they can be.  Find your child’s age group above and select it to find out what your child has to look forward to. Children’s classes start for children as young as 4 years old.  So if you are interested in you or your child having a free trial class, please contact us today.

 

Our syllabus is based on the guidelines from the International Mixed Martial Arts Federation (IMMAF).
